Information for the stay

The cost of accommodation is:

• Single room low season 30 € / person;

• Single room high season 35 € / person;

• Double room single use for low season € 35 / person;

• Double room single use for high season € 40 / person;

• Double room double use low season € 30 / person;

• Double room double use high season € 35 / person.

• High season means the months of July and August.

 

The payment of the overnight stay must take place in advance.

There is no POS payment system in the structure.

Terms of payment
After an initial request for availability by telephone or email, in case of availability make a bank transfer to the following
COD IBAN: IT O9 E 02008 85031 000101465167 to Cirotto Anna Rita, for 30% of the established amount. Within 24 hours after the availability response, send a copy of the payment by email.

Only after this operation, the reservation will be considered valid.

It is advisable not to leave values ​​and / or precious objects in the rooms, the property will not be liable for any shortages

Breakfast will always be available, along with the coffee machine, the microwave oven, brioche, biscuits and anything else provided for breakfast of the day. It includes one coffee pod each, if you wish others the cost of the aforementioned is € 0.70

At the disposal of the guests, compatibly with the times, homemade cakes and fresh desserts will also be available.

The rooms will be tidied up only if vacated by 11:00 am. The service does not include the reorganization of clothing and personal linen.

Rooms must be vacated for check-out by 11:00

In case of overnight stays for long periods, cleanings will happen to alternate days, the sheets will be changed every 3 days.

Respectful behavior towards other guests is recommended

It is not allowed:

• The use of the fires to the I intern said room-breakfasts;

• Smoking, (excluded in outdoor areas);

• listen to loud music;

• keep the TV volume too high

• stop late at night in outdoor areas.

• You are prayed, kindly, if you decided to go out of the structure to extinguish the conditioners.
